Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, minus a certain shipping label fee.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

·In their original packaging with all tags attached
·In resalable condition
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied a refund and subject to a certain restocking fee.
Please submit your return request within 30 days of purchase. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

② If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Final Sale Items:
All promotional items and mystery bundles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All other items are subject to our standard shipping and return policy.
International Returns:
International customers may return items for an exchange or refund, minus a certain restocking fee. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at minibamboopjs@gmail.com and include your order number and photos of the defect.
Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and returned within 15 days of initiating the return. Some limited-edition items may not be eligible for replacement and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Proof of purchase from Minibamboopjs is required.
Return address: Do not mail to the original address. The mailing address will be provided via email after submitting the application.
