Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, minus a certain shipping label fee.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

·Unused and unworn

·In their original packaging with all tags attached

·In resalable condition

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied a refund and subject to a certain restocking fee.

Please submit your return request within 30 days of purchase. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted. Click here to request a return authorization.

Final Sale Items:
All promotional items and mystery bundles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All other items are subject to our standard shipping and return policy.

International Returns:
International customers may return items for an exchange or refund, minus a certain restocking fee. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted. Only items purchased directly through bamandstitch.com are eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at minibamboopjs@gmail.com and include your order number and photos of the defect.

Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and returned within 15 days of initiating the return. Some limited-edition items may not be eligible for replacement and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Proof of purchase from Minibamboopjs is required.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
